Pirel Shield provides cybersecurity, infrastructure monitoring, and IT solutions including: • 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) monitoring • Threat intelligence and incident response • Infrastructure monitoring and analytics • AI/ML integration and automation • Fintech and investment solutions • Full-scale development services • Security and compliance audits Service availability may vary based on your subscription plan and technical requirements.

By using our services, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Use services only for lawful business purposes • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Not attempt to breach or circumvent security measures • Report any security incidents or vulnerabilities promptly • Cooperate with our security and compliance procedures You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Payment terms for our services: • Fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes • Late payments may result in service suspension • Refunds are subject to our refund policy • Price changes will be communicated with 30 days notice • Disputed charges must be reported within 60 days We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment after appropriate notice.

While we strive to provide excellent service, our liability is limited: • Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Force majeure events are excluded from our liability • Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Intellectual property rights and ownership: • Pirel Shield retains all rights to our proprietary technology • You retain ownership of your data and business information • We may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement • You grant us license to use your data to provide services • Third-party software and services have their own license terms • Feedback and suggestions may be used by Pirel Shield Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

Either party may terminate services under these conditions: • You may terminate with 30 days written notice • We may terminate for breach of terms with 15 days notice • Immediate termination may occur for security violations • Upon termination, access to services will be revoked • Data retention follows our data retention policy • Outstanding fees remain due after termination • Certain provisions survive termination We will assist with reasonable data migration upon termination.
